Arçelik CreamUp & Telvesso
How do you tell the story of two different products under one strong brand language?
By highlighting the joy of making ice cream at home in one, and the premium feel of a refined coffee ritual in the other.
Deimos Creative brought Arçelik’s innovative product world to the screen with a more modern, clearer, and more impactful visual narrative by producing the CreamUp Ice Cream Maker and Telvesso Coffee Maker commercial films.
The goal of this project was not simply to introduce two products. It was to express the value each product adds to everyday life, the experience it creates, and the emotional connection it builds with the consumer—through a powerful cinematic language.
Two Products, One Creative Language
Although CreamUp and Telvesso belong to different categories, they share the same brand vision: making home experiences more enjoyable, more practical, and more inspiring.
At Deimos Creative, we developed a unified creative approach for both products. Instead of listing technical features, we focused on the moments these products create in the user’s life.
- For CreamUp, we emphasized freshness, creativity, and the joyful world of making ice cream at home.
- For Telvesso, we centered the coffee‑making ritual, premium product experience, and modern lifestyle.
Thus, two distinct products were told under one strategic umbrella—while each preserved its own character.
A Holistic Production Process from Idea to Set
The creative development, visual world design, and production planning were carried out meticulously to align with Arçelik’s strong brand identity.
While Deimos Creative shaped the campaign’s creative approach and visual storytelling, Deimos Film led the production process. Under director Hakan Yakıcı, the films were crafted with product framing, usage moments, lighting, art direction, and camera movement designed specifically for each product’s character.
In every scene, we focused not only on showcasing product functions but also on creating an atmosphere that evokes desire. Light, color, tempo, and framing were designed to highlight the products’ design details and ease of use.
A Product Story Beyond Functionality
The CreamUp and Telvesso films go beyond traditional product advertising, offering two distinct stories that invite the viewer into the product experience.
- CreamUp was positioned not just as a device that makes ice cream, but as an experience that enhances creativity, sharing, and joy at home.
- Telvesso was portrayed not merely as a coffee machine, but as a lifestyle product that elevates the rhythm of the day and makes the coffee moment more refined and special.
With this approach, the products were not reduced to technical features. Each became connected to a real moment in the user’s life—a pleasant ritual and a strong brand experience.
Bringing Arçelik’s Innovative World to the Screen
Arçelik is a powerful brand that blends technology and design with everyday life. In this project, Deimos Creative aimed to express this innovative brand world in a warmer, clearer, and more memorable way.
The strategic and creative approach of Deimos Creative, combined with Deimos Film’s production expertise and Hakan Yakıcı’s direction, resulted in a project where aesthetic product storytelling, strong visual execution, and brand communication came together seamlessly.
Ultimately, two commercial films were created that express Arçelik’s product vision with a contemporary, elegant, and cinematic language.
Because a good product film doesn’t just show the product.
It makes you feel the moment of use. It makes the need visible. It makes the experience desirable. And it strengthens the brand’s place in everyday life.
